Deirdre Crowley is a standout figure in the motor industry as Ireland’s only female sales executive at BMW Motorrad, having joined Kearys in 2020. Her role at underscores not only her expertise in high-performance BMW motorcycles but also her status as a pioneer in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Deirdre's expertise is enriched by a notable career in short circuit racing. Deirdre has competed in various classes including Lightweight Supersport and Classic Superbike in the Masters Series at Mondello and the USBK in Northern Ireland. She has achieved notable accolades, such as a third-place finish in the Classic Superbike class on her 400 NC30 and clinching the 'Queen of the Hill' title.

Deirdre is deeply involved in motorbike racing, either as a Scrutineer for the Southern & Ulster Centre, Event Official or Marshal since retiring from Racing. She is an Avid biker and participated in many motorcycle charity events through the years.
